Credit Card purchases may be made through this web site using our secure checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please be sure to complete all necessary information. If you have questions regarding an order, please call Customer Service at 1-800-605-7450. Your Credit card will reflect a charge from Geiger Bros, charges on statement will appear as "GEIGER CATALOGS."

Your order can also be placed by phone. Call toll-free 8:00am to 8:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Please have your credit card ready when you call to provide your card number and expiration date. VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Charges on your statement will appear as "GEIGER CATALOGS."
Shipping
Merchandise pricing does not include shipping charges or applicable taxes.
Invoiced Orders:
MMC Fed-Ex account numbers may be used to ship orders as an option to using Geiger's standard shipping contract provider rates. During checkout, choose the Fed-Ex shipping method desired and manually enter the MMC Fed-Ex account number in the field provided. If no MMC Fed-Ex account number is entered, actual shipping costs, based on the shipping method chosen, will be added to the invoice.
Credit Card/P-card Orders:
MMC Fed-Ex account numbers may be used to ship orders as an option to using Geiger's shipping chart below. During checkout, choose the Fed-Ex shipping method desired and manually enter the MMC Fed-Ex account number in the field provided. If no MMC Fed-Ex account number is entered, the shipping rate will be pulled from the chart below based on the total merchandise value. The chart rates are assumed range costs from Geiger's best contract rates and improve relative to higher volume orders. Orders paid by credit card or P-card use this chart to ensure that orders are prepaid complete for merchandise and shipping costs, thus avoiding multiple charges to the card.
Returns
We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. Before returning a defective or damaged item, please call 1-800-605-7450 for return authorization. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. If the merchandise you receive is damaged during shipping, be sure to indicate this in writing on your delivery receipt. Custom imprinted or personalized merchandise is not subject to return unless defective.
